乙酸 (醫用)
乙酸（Acetic acid）又名醋酸，低浓度时称为醋，是一種可用来治疗多种疾病的酸。製成滴耳液時，可用于治疗耳道感染[2]。可以和耳芯併用[3]。用它來冲洗放置导尿管患者的导尿管和膀胱，可以防止感染或堵塞[4]。製成的凝膠，可用来调节阴道的pH值[5]。也可檢查時塗在子宮頸，有助於子宮頸篩檢过程中发现子宮頸癌[6]。

副作用包括可能在使用部位灼伤[7]。可能產生过敏，但較罕见[7]。不建议耳膜穿孔患者在用於耳内[8]。可以对抗引起外耳感染的细菌和真菌[8]。
自古埃及，乙酸就被用于医疗上[9] [10]。名列世界卫生组织基本药物标准清单[11]。已有學名药[3]。與已開發国家相比，在发展中国家治疗外耳感染時，乙酸的使用更為普遍[12]。
