阿道夫·奥古斯都·伯利Adolf Augustus Berle Jr. /ˈbɜːrli/;1895年1月29日—1971年2月17日),是美国律师、教育家、作家和外交官[2] 他也是哥伦比亚大学教授,以及美国总统富兰克林·罗斯福智囊团的重要成員。其與嘉迪納·敏斯合著作品《现代公司与私有财产》(The Modern Corporation and Private Property),是公司治理領域的開創之作。
