韓德生基地戰役（英語：Battle for Henderson Field，又譯為韓德生機場戰役），日本方面稱為隆加岬戰役（Battle of Lunga Point），於二次世界大戰期間發生在瓜达尔卡纳尔岛的一場戰役，是瓜達爾卡納爾島戰役的一部份。1942年10月23日至26日間，在太平洋戰場的大日本帝國陸軍與海軍，對抗以美國海軍陸戰隊、美國陸軍為主體的同盟國軍隊，在此地進行一場陸、海、空的全面戰鬥，日軍最終遭擊敗。

在瓜達爾卡維爾島戰役初期，美國海軍陸戰隊成功登陸瓜達爾卡維爾島，控制島上的機場，建立了韓德生基地（Henderson Field，位於今天的霍尼亞拉國際機場）。但是日軍利用海軍艦炮為掩護（英语：Naval gunfire support），企圖重新奪回此地，因此爆發這場戰役。
