四硝酸二氯六氨二(1,6-己二胺)合三铂是一种配位化合物,化学式为[ClPt(NH3)2]2μ-{trans-Pt(NH3)2[H2N(CH2)6NH2]2}(NO3)4,有专利报道了它的合成。[1]它具有抗癌活性,在对三种卵巢瘤和四种黑色素瘤的研究中发现它的IC50比顺铂至少低20倍。[2]
