此模板是一組模板的一部份，用於建立專輯、單曲等的認證表格的。注意WP:MOSALBUM建議當專輯獲得多項認證才建立表格。

- {{Certification Table Separator}} 用於建立分隔列，例如用來加入總計部分（也可使用{{Certification Table Summary}}）；

通用參數
所有模板都支持以下通用參數：
|format=：表格的大小和格式。|format=3col，默认值，會建立三欄列表：認證的地區、獎項和銷量。|format=2col或|format=2colthin則會建立兩欄列表：地區和獎項。若使用第二種兩欄列表，地區欄將採用較短的形式。
