From 30 through 54 West Broad businesses included: Capital Hotel, Druggan and Wagner Barbers, Colonial Theater, AIU Insurance, James Park, MD, and Stagakis Restaurant. All buildings shown were demolished when construction for the American Insurance Union Citadel began, 8/13/1924."
