English: Pictured are Grenadier Guardsman wearing their Red Tunics.

Soldiers guarding prestigious locations, such as Buckingham Palace, St James Palace, The Tower of London, Windsor Castle and the Queens Life Guard at Horse Guards, cast off their drab Winter Guard Order, and appeared once more in their traditional red or blue summer uniform from eight o’clock in the morning on Sunday 20th March.

Changing the Guard at Buckingham Palace in London as summer arrives will be Nijmegen Company Grenadier Guards, distinguishable by their white plumed bearskin caps; while the Life Guards will appear in their Red Tunics, silver Cuirasses, and white plumed silver helmets on Horse Guards.
