讼辩人
讼辩人[1]（英语：advocate），视乎不同文意可译作律师（如“阿尔贝里科·真蒂利律师”[2]）、出庭代讼人，是一种法律专业人士。

在普通法司法管辖区，讼辩人为大律师及律师之合称。在苏格兰、意大利、法国、西班牙、以色列等司法管辖区，讼辩人或律师为高级法律执业者。[3]在葡萄牙，法律执业者分为律师（葡萄牙语：advogado）及法律代办。[4]
