波特兰州立大学（英语：Portland State University，缩写：PSU）是一所位于美国俄勒冈州波特兰的公立研究型大学，成立于1946年，现是俄勒冈州本科及研究生人数最多的大学[3]。

2017年，其录取率为86%。《福布斯》将其列在全国研究型大学中的第224位[6]。它是《普林斯顿评论》选出本科生教育“最好的376所学院”之一，其MBA和公共关系课程可排入全国前一百[1]。《美国新闻和世界报道》将其评为二级研究型大学，2019全国排名在230-301位之间[7]。大学主图书馆布拉德福德·普莱斯·米勒图书馆（Branford Price Millar Library）对外开放，藏书逾140万。[8]
校区
该大学主校区位于波特兰市中心的大学区（University District），占地约50英亩（20公顷）。
宿舍
该大学是一所通勤大学，只为约三千名学生提供住宿[9]。其中最大的两栋宿舍楼是16层的University Pointe和15层的Ondine[10]。此外还有黑石堂（Blackstone Hall，1930年建造）、 蒙哥马利堂（Montgomery Court，1916年建造）、圣海伦斯堂（1927年建造）等等。
