狗爬式游泳
狗爬式游泳,又称狗刨、狗仔式,是一种游泳姿势。游泳员将胸部向下卧平,头露出水面,前后反复移动手和腿,像狗和其他哺乳动物游泳一样。[1]这种泳姿就像是在水中的“疾行”[2]
它是古人类使用的第一个泳姿,据信是自观察动物而习得。[3] 埃及史前的洞穴壁画里的人物做的可能就是狗爬式。[4]
狗爬式通常是小孩学习游泳的第一种泳姿。[5]
因为进行狗爬式泳姿时双臂及双腿不会打破水面,所以成为有静默需求的军事泳姿之一。[6]
