玛格丽特·费里尔

玛格丽特·费里尔（英语：Margaret Ferrier，1960年9月10日—），苏格兰政治人物，在2015年至2017年及2019年至2023年间担任拉瑟格伦和西哈密尔顿区英国议会议员。她是苏格兰民族党党员，但自2020年10月1日起因为违返2019年新型冠状病毒防疫守则而被暂停党籍。

生平

早年及政治生涯前

费里尔生于1960年9月10日[1]，在格拉斯哥国王公园（英语：King's Park, Glasgow）长大[2]。与家人在西班牙马略卡岛生活两年后，她在1972搬回苏格兰拉瑟格伦，1990年搬至达恩利，2000年起在坎巴斯兰生活。2011年她加入苏格兰民族党成为党员[2]。

她在大学时修读航运管理。在当选为下议院议员前，费里尔在马瑟韦尔一家制造建筑公司担任销售主管[3]。

政治生涯

在进入威斯敏斯特寺前，她曾参选2013年南拉纳克郡议会选举，在南拉瑟格伦选区参选，但输给苏格兰工党的格德·基伦（英语：Ged Killen）[4]。

2015年英国大选中，她在拉瑟格伦和西哈密尔顿选区参选并胜出[5][6]，取得30,279票，共占选区所有票的52%。2017年英国大选中，她的议席以265票之差丢给了格德·基伦[7][8]。然而在2019年英国大选中，她以5,230票之差击败基伦夺回议席[9]。

2019新型冠状病毒事件

2020年9月26日，费里尔发现自己有2019新型冠状病毒病征后，便去进行病毒测试。同日她亦到访了一家健身中心，美容中心和礼品店[10][11]。在等候结果期间，9月28日她乘火车到伦敦国会进行辩论[12]，同日晚上她得到结果是呈阳性反应。29日她乘火车回苏格兰，并告诉党鞭她的一名家庭成员不适[12]。10月1日，她发表公告，对违反防疫守则道歉。此后她被暂停党籍，并交回警方及国会标准局（Parliamentary standards authorities）处理[13]。10月2日，党领袖及苏格兰首席部长妮古拉·斯特金告诉她应该辞去议员一职[14]。下议院议长林赛·霍伊尔形容她的行为“不负责任”[15]。
