病患自控式止痛（英语：Patient-controlled analgesia，缩写：PCA[1]），是指任何让病患以自我管理的方式减轻或舒缓个人疼痛的方法[2]。静脉注射可由处方开立者设计，避免机器给予过量的药物[3]。
