索菲·比斯
索菲·比斯（法语：Sophie Bise，法语发音：[sɔfi biz]；1968年—）出生于法国奥弗涅-罗讷-阿尔卑斯大区上萨瓦省的塔卢瓦尔，是拥有米其林指南三星评鉴法式料理的女性厨师。

生平
索菲·比斯出生在传承三代的Auberge du Père Bise餐厅[1]，从祖母玛格丽特·比斯、父亲弗朗索瓦·比斯都拥有米其林三星评鉴，1984年父亲因为癌症骤逝，Auberge du Père Bise餐厅的经营落到索菲·比斯的母亲沙利娜·比斯（法语：Charlyne Bise）身上，但是实际负责厨房的烹饪，却是时年才十六岁的索菲·比斯，虽然过去有父亲的指导，但是她觉得自己的能力还无法承接Auberge du Père Bise餐厅，因此索菲·比斯离开家族的Auberge du Père Bise餐厅，展开她的学习旅程。
索菲·比斯从格勒诺布尔的Pique Pierre餐厅开始历练[2]，接下来前往芒德略拉纳普勒Outhier餐厅、巴黎的La Maree餐厅、阿默什维尔的Gaertner餐厅，甚至出国到美国纽约、委内瑞拉和巴西，在1987年的时候回到Auberge du Père Bise餐厅，索菲·比斯获得米其林指南一星评鉴。
2016年索菲·比斯让Auberge du Père Bise餐厅加入罗莱夏朵联盟[3]，2017年索菲·比斯将Auberge du Père Bise餐厅卖给年轻厨师让·叙尔皮斯[4]。
