苏必利尔州

苏必利尔州（State of Superior）是美国提案设立的第51州之一，范围包括密歇根州辖区中位于密歇根上半岛^[1]。尽管该地区从密歇根下半岛获得大量资金，且麦基诺大桥的开通使该地区和密歇根州其他地区陆路交通相连，但独立建州的运动始终存在^[2]。如果苏必利尔州设立，该州将是美国人口最少的州，人口仅有怀俄明州的约六成^[3]^[4]^[5]。土地面积则将居于美国第40位，大于马里兰州^[6]^[7]。
