不穿内裤

未穿内裤免着内裤(英语:going commando)为一服装穿著的俚语,用来通称下半身无需一般内衣物的状态(对男性称free-balling,对女性则称free-buffing[1]

有些特定款式的服装,如单车短裤在设计穿着时无需内衣裤,而苏格兰裙在历来传统上并不另穿内衣裤[2][3]。这种免穿内衣裤情况也适用在大多数的泳衣、运动服[注 1]或各式睡衣[4]

日语“ノーパン”称下半身未著其他内衣物,例如已穿著裤装裙装,但只是未著内裤(并未裸体或完全未著衣)——和制英语ノー・パンツ(no pants)、ノー・パンティー(no panties)两者的略称。

英语的go commando(字面意思为“进入别动队模式”),追溯其起源或意义有些含混不清,目前某些观察可能指:出行在外(out in the open)或(军事上)即将动作(ready for action)[5]

健康研究

日本医学博士丸山淳士曾提出不穿内裤健康法日语ノーパン健康法,认为“在睡眠时不穿内裤较健康”(パンツを脱いで寝ると体によい[6]

性风俗或恋物

过去在日本曾有风俗店以女性店员不穿内裤作为标榜,例如不穿内裤咖啡厅ノーパン喫茶店)与不穿内裤涮涮锅ノーパンしゃぶしゃぶ)等业者。
