LYRa11病毒
LYRa11病毒是严重急性呼吸系统综合症相关冠状病毒(SARSr-CoV)的一个病毒株,于2011年在中国云南保山中菊头蝠的样本中被发现。此病毒株的基因组长29805nt,与造成SARS事件的SARS-CoV全基因组序列相似度为91%,于2014年发表[1]。LYRa11病毒和SARS-CoV、SARS-CoV-2一样使用ACE2为感染细胞的受体[2]
