化學感受蛋白

化學感受蛋白(Chemosensory protein,縮寫CSP),又稱感覺附屬蛋白(Sensory appendage protein,縮寫SAP)、p10蛋白[1],是一類在昆蟲蜘蛛節肢動物中發現的蛋白質[2]。早期研究發現它們在沙漠蝗Schistocerca gregaria)中具有化學感受功能,因而得名[3]

化學感受蛋白僅在昆蟲和蜘蛛等節肢動物中存在,而人類哺乳動物中則沒有發現[2]

在昆蟲中,化學感受蛋白具有穩定的三級結構,能夠結合各種大小和形狀的內源和外源疏水化合物[4][5]。它們具有多種生物學功能,包括但不限於感受外界化學物質;參與某些昆蟲的成熟和胚胎發育;參與信息素的結合、溶解和釋放;作為表面活性劑和營養物質增溶劑,促進蛾類成蟲吸收營養;參與表皮發育和蛻皮;作為昆蟲視覺色素載體;參與昆蟲的抗藥性等[2]
