俱樂部生涯

帕利尼亞生於里斯本，2012年加入士砵亭青年隊，時年17歲。2014年2月3日，帕利尼亞代表B隊參加個人職業生涯首次比賽，在對陣樸迪莫倫斯的甲級聯賽上替補尤里·梅德羅斯（英語：Iuri Medeiros）上場，幫助球隊3比2主場獲勝[2]。帕利尼亞在該賽季還有另外一次出場。
