侧褶蜥亚科鳄蛇蜥属的一种蛇蜴
西馬德雷山鼉蜥（學名：Elgaria kingii）是側褶蜥亞科鱷蛇蜥屬的一種蛇蜴，有四足。該蜥蜴分布於美墨兩國的西馬德雷山脈上。

分布
西馬德雷山鼉蜥在美國亞利桑那州東南以及新墨西哥州西南有發現，向南一直延伸至墨西哥哈利斯科州、科利馬州、納亞里特州、薩卡特卡斯州東南以及阿瓜斯卡連特斯州西南。
亞種
- 南部亞種 Elgaria kingii ferruginea (Webb, 1962)，分布於墨西哥中部
- 指名亞種 Elgaria kingii kingii Gray, 1838，分布於墨西哥北部和中部
- 北部亞種 Elgaria kingii nobilis Baird & Girard, 1852，分布於美墨邊境
註：後面姓氏帶括號表示該亞種原不被當作是艾爾蛇蜥屬的物種。
