隱性課程

隱性課程指的是學校的教學計劃中未有明文規定,但通過教育經驗間接產生的實踐或影響,例如某種規範信念價值的傳達。[1]它可以發生在課堂或社會環境之中,而學生的休息時間也是隱性課程的重要組成部分。[2]

在批判教育學中,隱性課程具有負面含義,因其通過課堂和社會地位之間的差異強化了現有的不平等。[3]
