雷莫司瓊（INN：ramosetron），或譯拉莫司瓊，是一種血清素 5-HT₃受體拮抗劑，用於治療噁心和嘔吐。^[1]雷莫司瓊還適用於治療以腹瀉為主的腸易激綜合徵。^[2]
