早年生活

蘿倫·伊利沙伯·占士2001年9月29日出生於倫敦[2]。由父親一方，她有格林納達和多米尼克血統，於母親一方則有英格蘭血統，她的哥哥域斯·占士也是一名職業足球員[3][4]。她曾就讀於倫敦惠頓（英語：Whitton, London）地區的特威克納姆學校（英語：Twickenham School）[5]。

球會生涯

阿仙奴

蘿倫·占士最初跟隨身為足球教練的父親，在本地球會訓練，13歲時，她被阿仙奴相中，最初曾跟隨男子青年隊訓練，兩年後開始與女足一線隊一起訓練[6]。2017年10月29日，她在與愛華頓的英女超比賽的第59分鐘入替登場，完成了阿仙奴女足地標戰[7]，成為隊史第二年輕的地標戰球員[6]。

2022年9月3日，她完成了自己的成年國家隊地標戰，在與奧地利（英語：Austria women's national football team）的2023年國際足協女子世界盃外圍賽的第79分鐘入替出場[24]。

個人生活

蘿倫是現效力於車路士，曾為英格蘭國家隊出場的後衛域斯·占士的妹妹[30]。他們成為現代第一對都曾代表英格蘭成年隊出戰的異性兄弟姐妹[31]。

她的父親奈傑爾（Nigel）是一位持有歐足協證書的足球教練，她曾感謝父親在她成長中的作用：「（他）在每一步都為我提供了幫助。我和我的兄弟們一起踢足球長大，我想像他們一樣踢球；我一直熱愛這項運動，我感謝我的父親在我的足球生涯中投入的所有時間、精力和愛，他指導我，讓我達到最好的水平。」[32]。
