甲酸鎵是一種化合物,化學式為Ga(HCOO)3,它可溶於水,可以分解為氧化鎵[1]它可以氫化鎵或氨基鎵為原料反應得到。[2]氫氧化鎵甲酸的反應只能得到鹼式鹽Ga(O2CH)(OH)2[3]碳酸鎵和甲酸反應,得到的是甲酸鎵二氧化碳包合物Ga(HCOO)3·0.75CO2·0.25H2O·0.25HCOOH。[4][5]
