麥爾·格里夫斯（英語：Melvyn Francis Greaves，1941年9月12日—）是一位英國癌症生物學家，倫敦癌癥研究院（ICR）教授^[1]，知名於兒童白血病遺傳與進化的研究^[2]^[3]，主要作品有《癌症——進化的遺產》（Cancer: The Evolutionary Legacy）等。
