唐纳尔逊堡之战

唐纳尔逊堡之战（英语：Battle of Fort Donelson）是指1862年2月11日至2月16日期间，在美国南北战争西部战线爆发的战役，也是南北战争最重要的战役之一。北方的联邦军队占领在田纳西州和肯塔基州边界附近、坎伯兰河沿岸的南方邦联防御工事——唐纳尔逊堡（Fort Donelson），得以控制坎伯兰河的道路，并成为入侵美国南方的重要通道。由于联邦军在这次战役中赢得胜利，迫使美利坚邦联放弃田纳西州和肯塔基州的部分地区（包括纳许维尔等地）。原先默默无闻的准将尤利西斯·格兰特也因为领导军队而提升地位。其后格兰特晋升成为少将，并且因而获得“无条件·投降·格兰特”的绰号。
