关节病变

关节病变（英语：Arthropathy）是关节疾病的总称^[2]。若一个或多个关节发炎引起的关节病变称为关节炎，因此，任何关节的问题，不论是否发炎，均可称为“关节病变”。

脊椎关节病变是一种影响脊椎关节的关节病变^[3]。

体征

关节痛是关节疾病常见但非特异性的体征，因疾病的不同体征也会有所不同，常见的体征包括：

诊断可透过详细病史询问、理学检查、血液检查，及医学影像进行。

若病变的关节牵涉发炎反应，则可称为关节炎^[4]^[5]，关节病变可大致分为下列几种：
