阿魏 (植物)
伞形科草本植物
阿魏（学名：Ferula foetida）是伞形科阿魏属植物，其根、茎分泌的胶脂为阿魏。本种是分布最广的阿魏来源植物，分布于中亚（克孜勒库姆沙漠、卡拉库姆沙漠、土库曼斯坦）、东伊朗、阿富汗西部和巴基斯坦西部。[2]本种常常被误认为（比如《苏联植物志》[3]和《巴基斯坦植物志》[4] ）是原产南伊朗的南伊朗阿魏（学名：Ferula assa-foetida）。[2]
