刘友福越南语Lưu Hữu Phước;1921年9月12日—1989年6月8日),又译作刘有福,是一名越南作曲家、政治人物。早年学医,后改行编写越南爱国歌曲[1][2][3]。他是越南共和国国歌《青年行曲》的作者[4],不过他生前一直反对西贡政权未经授权使用这首歌曲作为国歌。后来成为共产主义者,1961年写下了越南南方共和国国歌解放南方》,1966年写下了《向西贡进军》;其创作的不少歌曲仍然在现代的越南被传唱。[5]
