43S起始前复合物(英文:43S preinitiation complex,43S PIC)是一种核糖核蛋白复合物,存在于真核转译起始的早期阶段。43S PIC包含由起始因子eIF1,eIF1A,eIF3和eIF2-Met-tRNAiMet-GTP三元复合物(eIF2-TC)结合的40S核糖体亚基。[1][2][3][4]
