HD 47536，又名CD-32 3216，SAO 197019、HR 2447，是一颗位于大犬座的恒星[1][2]，视星等为5.27，位于银经241.18，银纬-16.78，其B1900.0坐标为赤经6h 34m 2.8s，赤纬-32° -16.78′ 17″。该恒星是一颗视星等5等的橙色 K 型巨星，距离地球约400光年。它的质量大约在1.1到3倍太阳质量之间。2007年在该恒星旁发现两颗系外行星，是拥有行星的恒星中金属量最低恒星之一。
