索孔菌屬學名Fibroporia)是白肉迷孔菌科下的一個屬。

1968年,愛沙尼亞真菌學家Erast Parmasto設立了該屬,並以Fibroporia vaillantii(原為Polyporus vaillanti DC.)作為該屬的模式種。他將該屬定義為包含流蘇狀(髮狀)到根狀的邊緣,以及橢圓形到稍厚壁孢子的物種。[1] 1991年,Leif Ryvarden不把根瘤菌作為創建一個單獨的屬的特徵,並提出索孔菌屬(Fibroporia)是薄孔菌屬Antrodia)的異名。[2]一些分子研究支持將索孔菌屬從薄孔菌屬中分離出來,作為一個獨特的屬。[3][4][5][6][7][8]

假索孔菌屬(Pseudofibroporia)是一個親緣關係相近的屬,由中國科學家在2017年所設定。它與索孔菌屬的區別在於其有獨特的菌蓋狀果實體,具有完整的邊緣(沒有缺口或凹痕),並且沒有根狀形態。[9]

在2016年的一項日本研究中,被根狀索孔菌(Fibroporia radiculosa)腐爛的木樁對散白蟻(Reticultermes speratus)有威懾的作用。[10]
