蓬庫語分布在寮國豐沙里省本代縣Phongku Long(Kingsada 1999)。另一種被稱為pʰɔŋ33 ku55或Phu-Lawa的與蓬庫語關係密切的語言分布在本代縣Phongkulong村(Shintani 2001)。
