副突变
在表观遗传学中,副突变(paramutation)又称類突變,是单个基因座上两个等位基因之间的相互作用,其中一个等位基因诱导另一个等位基因发生可遗传变化;此为一種打破常規的遺傳模式。這種情況首先在玉米中發現,隨後在其他植物、真菌、甚至小鼠中發現[1]。而,用玉米所做的研究指出副突變是由RNA引導的[2]。
