硝酮
化學性質
硝酮是1,3-偶極體,可發生1,3-偶極環加成反應。它與烯烴發生環加成得到異噁唑啉環系:
這類反應的一個典型例子是Baylis-Hillman加成物與 C-苯基-N-甲基硝酮(R1 = 苯基,R2 = 氫,R3 = 甲基)加成為異噁唑啉的反應。[1]
硝酮也可與末端炔烴在銅鹽存在下反應生成 β-內酰胺,即Kinugasa反應。[2] 例如:[3]
