MKL1

MKL/megakaryoblastic leukemia 1(巨核細胞白血病)是一種由人類基因 MKL1 編碼的蛋白質。[1][2][3][4]
此基因編碼的蛋白能與轉錄因子心肌素(英語:myocardin,一種調控平滑肌細胞分化的關鍵轉錄因子)相互作用。此蛋白主要存在於細胞核中,幫助信號從細胞質到細胞核的轉導。在一個特異的染色體易位中,此基因會與1號染色體上的RNA結合基序蛋白15基因融合,這一易位與急性巨核細胞白血病相關。[4]
