[S-]-UH-301，是一種科學研究中常用的研究化學品及藥物。是一種選擇性5-HT_1A 受體沉默拮抗劑。^[1]結構上與8-OH-DPAT相似。^[1] UH-301會令小鼠產生頭部抽搐反應，是5-HT_2A激動劑藥物的典型反應，因此可用來研究5-HT_1A受體活性如何調節下游5-HT_2A受體。^[2]
