鼓浪屿近代建筑群位於中华人民共和国福建省厦门市思明区鼓浪屿，建筑群共计36处文物保护单位，为中华人民共和国全国重点文物保护单位。鼓浪屿有“万国建筑博览会”之称，岛上建筑涵盖传统闽南古厝到20世纪折衷主義风格建筑，用途亦有不同。被列为全国重点文物保护单位的建筑年代横跨19世纪与20世纪，展现鼓浪屿近代以来建筑风格的多次变化。自2019年公布第八批全国重点文物保护单位以来，鼓浪屿上共有三批36处文物列入该文物保护单位。
